They seemed to think of everything! It was like staying home away from home. Everything was so nice and clean. They provided everything one may need. It was really convenient to be able to pull up, get online and book a room, and get access to the room without having to wait on someone.

Dirty, poorly maintained and not as described

Someone's hairs everywhere, front door stuck shut and tv didn’t work. Tried calling customer service for help and for nowhere. They said they would get back to me. It’s now been 4 days.
