The attention to detail, comfort, and thoughtfulness to the guest experience was shown through beautiful high end rooms, fantastic breakfast, and many included amenities like bicycles, a free cocktail hour, turn down service, and free snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. The location was also superb. The Loutrel has thought creatively about comfort and hospitality. I was totally impressed and highly recommend!!! ”

“We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. When I got there I found out that parking was in fact not free, but $1 per 20 minutes with a maximum of $24. I was willing to pay this, but was disappointed because I……
