“This was my second time at the property.
The first time I stayed the staff was extremely helpful and the bathroom was clean. Loved the tile design. Three weeks later, different room. The bathroom had that brown mildew in the shower and around the plastic of the door. Gross. Maybe a different cleaning person for that room. Either way, won’t be going back.
On to try the rest of Charleston hotels. Hopefully they clean their bathrooms better.”

The first floor is like a museum, the second floor a couple of nice rooms, and the third floor has two large suites with park view and an up-dated nice shower. Note though: no elevator, not much parking, limited continental breakfast options, and we thought housekeeping did a very, very minimal job not worthy of a 5-star hotel. She did not vacuum, wipe……

“I must say I wasn’t impressed with our stay, the pictures give the impression we would be in the building behind with balconies and rooftop lounging. We were a bit surprised we were on the street with lots of noise the entire time, not to mention the renters upstairs making drunken noise all night. For the money spent I’m not happy and would not stay again.”
