“Definitely a edgy vintage feel. Great indoor games a.d activities. With a full bar rooftop patio,and late night food. The staff was very kind and rooms are Definitely different small so always look at the srqft. Per room. But other then that it was a very nice vibe and mixture of ppl in a postive way.A good experience and a great. Atmosphere ”

“It is under tremendous construction and we literally had to walk through work zones and live with lots of construction dust from drywall sanding, but everyone was incredibly kind and we’ve been staying here for more than 20 years. Can’t wait to see when it is finished.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. ”

“The location of this inn was EXCELLENT! It was within 10 minutes walking distance from the areas major attractions- City Market (around the corner), Carriage Tours (next door), King Street, and Rainbow Row. Plus, tons of local restaurants. (Cru Cafe-right across the street, yummy!)The area beach (Folly Beach)was also accessible by Uber (30 minutes). The inn has a lot of charm that you would expect in Charleston but requires a little TLC. The cleanliness was okay. The bathroom could have been……

“This apartment is a good fit for Charleston: quaint but updated with modern necessities. In addition to cleaning and nicely decorating, the management tends to details such as umbrellas next to the door, snacks and coffee in the kitchen, and toiletries in the bathrooms.
