The house was a little darker than we expected due to the design, and it would be nice if they installed another air con in the second bedroom, as we had to draw cards between two couples to see who got the air-con. "A beautiful place, situated almost at the very top of a steep hill that rises from one of Sayulita’s main thruways. We got lucky - we were the only ones on the property. It was getting very hot and humid, and it didn’t dawn on us that the AC unit wasn’t working properly until the last day. It was fixed immediately by Carlos and his helper.We didn’t mind climbing down and up a few times, but renting an electric golf cart was very helpful. It really depends on your level of curiosity to explore the place on foot, and of course your degree of fitness.We do plan to come back. Communication with Manuel, the host, was easy and fast, as it was with Carlos when needed.The sound of the chachalacas in the morning was quite something - flying from tree to tree in a beautiful exchange of very loud calls. We miss them already."
