「Excellent staff. Very professional and helpful. I will like to mention in particular - Restaurant staff - BOUCHRA gave excellent service.」

「Last minute booking for a week in the sun, the hotel was lovely very clean and well looked after. The all inclusive option was ok but not the best I have had. The drinks options were limited and the outside bar was not managed as well as it could have been, everyone had to queue and not enough staff available. The bar staff I didn't find friendly at all they were very rude at times. The staff inside the restaurant were great very helpful. The food was good as it was all local dishes which was...

「Fabulously friendly and relaxing hotel! Thank you!」

「The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. 」

「Fabulous hotel. The all inclusive food at the restaurant had a wide and varied selection. The pools were very clean and there was plenty of sunbeds. The Spa had a wide range of treatments. The 50 minute 'Relaxing Massage' was excellent. The Spa was clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. There was nothing negative about my stay. I would highly recommend.」

「Merci」

「Way to noisy couldn’t sleep till 5am 😩😩😩woke up exhausted tired, beds are outdated, won’t go back again !」

「We had an exceptional time at this resort. The attention to detail and the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was outstanding. We will definitely return.」

「Good service. Good location. Good breakfast. Good stay. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect. The staff were extremely polite & helpful. The gardens were a great bonus. They were very well maintained & housed tortoises & peacocks. The entertainment was very good with a lovely team. The stand out for us was the food. Although buffet style it was exceptionally cooked & presented every meal. We will definitely be back.」

「When I entered I was served the traditional mint tea with a snack of dates and walnuts. It was the perfect refresher after travelling in by train. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly. The only drawback was it was a little bit noisy at night. Nothing to do with the staff or Riad just the general noise. Using my headphones did the trick though」
