「One night stay prior to cruise from Ravenna. Stand out are the staff who can’t do enough to help. Hotel is clean and rooms are of a good size.」

「The staff was incredibly helpful. The lovely lady at the front desk even helped us order a pizza so we could have our authentic Italian pizza experience. Since we lost our luggage the front desk also helped us arrange a taxi to get us to a local mall to replace some of our clothes. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. It was so nice that the water, sodas and snacks were included. We would stay again.」

「The staff was and helpful. They have breakfast. The hotel has a lot of activities for the kids very cute. The rooms are very roomy and it’s being renovated. They have balcony rooms. Not far from the port.」

「Couldn't get into the place and got no response from the owner. Had to go and stay in another hotel for the night. Lost my money, but if the other reviews about it being dirty and mouldy are correct then perhaps that wasn't such a bad thing.」

「Loved location close to Cruise Terminal. Easy walking to restaurants. Very friendly front desk and very helpful.」

「This place was great! A little apartment with a 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff were amazing. This is in the suburbs of Ravenna, not too many speak English other than the hotel staff but it’s so amazing and not touristy. We are going to go back!」
