“We had an wonderful experience staying at this house. It was exceptionally clean and it had everything we needed (it was nice to have linens and towels provided). All of the rooms were relaxing and comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. I would definitely stay there again. ”

“Cozy cottage right by the beach. Great area not for to restaurants and beaches. Would definitely stay again!”

“The “Surf Shack” is a very nice comfortable house that was great for a nice relaxing trip to Cape Cod. It’s in a great location right near the beaches and yet in a nice quiet neighborhood.”

“The property turned out to be just as showed in the pictures. We found it clean with supplies, even though the list indicated that there will none (or very few). The location was perfect. Minutes walk from Herring Pond, 5 minutes drive (or walk) to First Encounter, and close to Orleans and Eastham. We will try to return next year!”

“Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.”

“The location was awesome, the house was clean and spacious, and overall it was terrific! I would highly recommend.”

“One Day Happened was the perfect location and property for a girl's weekend away! The home is stunning, fully updated, spotless, and offers ample space and comfort for a group or family travelling together. With plenty of parking, outdoor space, an outdoor shower, and beach gear available, we had everything we could possibly need and more. Nidhi is the perfect host and everything exceeded our expectations. You won't find a better property or location for your Cape trip!”
