Overall, this is a clean property with exceptionally friendly staff, and the check-in and check-out processes were wonderfully smooth. The location is very convenient for accessing Interstate 5, with plenty of restaurant options nearby. It is also a great spot if you are traveling with pets—there is a nice green space provided with a convenient poop bag station. However, there were a couple of drawbacks during the stay. Upon entering, the room had a very strong chemical smell from cleaning. Additionally, both bath towels left in the cubby hole were damp and had to be replaced, though the staff handled getting them swapped out.

The staff were nice and welcoming. Severely disappointed and disgusted when I went to go shower and there was either poop or blood on the shower curtains. Never jumped out of a shower so quickly. I was so off put by it and couldn't wait to leave. Staff were great though.

A little nicer than the average motel six on the side of the freeway McDonald’s right next-door so is Dutch Brothers there is lots of truckers in the area that say it’s a good place to stop. Was there with my family on the way back from Disneyland going to Canada and it was a good sleep.

I have stayed at this motel many times. Big plus is they offer smoking rooms, and they are supposed to have coffee in the lobby. I was there 4 nights, and after 2 days they said they ran out of coffee. They should have run over to the nearest grocery outlet or other store if their coffee was back ordered - they had a full day to restock. Next day said they were still out of coffee - unacceptable. This has great rates, and it is nothing special but close to dining and the freeway, and is usually a good budget choice. But the one amenity they offer - coffee - was out for 2 days. And the front desk man I complained to on Sunday morning the 4th said my coffee cup was too big! No, you just make more coffee for your guest, you don't limit their cup size. And on my recommendation there were other racers staying at this motel so they sold a bunch of room nights because of me.

It’s very basic, but that’s what you’re looking for when you choose Motel 6. My only gripe is they let people smoke in the pool area and they let people stay there later than the posted hours. A little annoying if your room is right next to the pool.
