“Everything was good clean room clean kitchen. The pool was perfect. Just had to leave too soon. AC was working perfect nice clean bathroom and they were very nice. People visit again soon.”

“I am genuinely surprised by the positive reviews this hotel has received, as my experience was extremely disappointing. The only significant advantage of this property is its location. It is within walking distance of the Marina, where there are much better dining options. Upon arrival, our room was noticeably unclean. The bed sheets and pillowcases appeared stained, and some spots even resembled mold. I requested that the room be cleaned and the linens replaced on the second day of our stay.……

When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“Great gated complex close to the amenities of Rodney Bay. I stayed in a studio which was well equipped to a good standard and a great size. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Fabulous bathroom with great multi functional shower. Great pool area, not a huge pool but perfectly adequate for relaxing.”

“Stagnant water in room shower area. Slow drain. Multiple mosquitos hatching. Multiple mosquito bites while in the room. Staff was not friendly. No smiles or greetings. I felt like I was troubling them. They claimed ignorance, for example, not seeking help for something they didn't know. Restaurant food felt like cafeteria food. Hot to touch, but poor quality. Felt like it was under a lamp all day. Mass produced, and super slow service. The only dining area that was 5 star was breakfast buffet.……
