“Bay Gardens Inn is a beautiful inn! Tropical and the staff is so polite and helpful . The breakfast is too notch . I think the front door can be properly secured, the bathroom sink in our room be unclogged , and the shower itself needs a little more sprucing up. The bed and pillows comfy , air condition worked great! I think the hotel should allow guest to log in and out using their own user account for Netflix- if that is possible then I was not able too. It asks for a code that I couldn’t……

“We enjoyed our stay at this resort. It was our first time at St. Lucia and we felt very welcomed. Everyone was kind. The resort itself was a bit smaller and in average condition, a bit on the older side; however, the beach view and sunsets make up for it. The "Hi-Tide Restaurant" was great! We had a large selection of food and drinks to choose from. Staff was friendly, specifically Savaennah. The resort also offered live entertainment, which complemented the dining experience. Would……

“Its a nice resort outside rooms - available pool and seating, chef and bar and nice outdoor atmosphere. Very walkable to the mall, grocery and food stalls nearby etc. However there was an Issue with cleanliness of rooms and condition of amenities inside. Towels provided seemed to be stained - looked like makeup, not sure; used toilet paper and condition of shower, shower head and kitchen weren’t in the best condition. Also did not see a microwave but there was a fridge.”
