“Very nice, very new, very clean, very friendly, and very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and very nice. Staff was very friendly. They were short staffed for the morning breakfast, which was causing some delays. The food was a bit slow coming out. Nothing I would not downgrade them for. I figure it was from staffing hiccups, and still working out the bugs from being so new. I still think that this is the nicest hotel in Hutchinson. Having a bar/restaurant is a plus, but it is also across……

“We love this place to stay in Hutchinson. We have to come often and we’ve had good experience every time. Great breakfast and the guy who keeps it clean and stocked does a great job.”

“The worst experience ever we stayed Friday and Saturday night Friday night we had no hot water. I called the front desk the lady couldn't speak any English. Saturday afternoon I went to the front desk and told them there wasn't any hot water the lady told me it was fixed I went back to my room and the water had gotten hot after letting it run 15 minutes. Later that evening we got back to the room and we was all taking a shower no one had any hot water again. The hotel obviously doesn't no……

“The room was not very clean. The bedding was clean and the room generally tidy. However, the bathroom needed a scrub down and the room was dusty. The breakfast was nice and there was coffee and water in the room for us. The man at the desk was friendly and the housekeeper was also kind.”

“!”

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Hallways flooded bugs everywhere, bed was horrible, sheets smelled like body order, absolutely no amenities,no ice machine. People arguing, police on the property. Smelled like marijuana. Do not stay here.”

“Very very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Easy parking.”

“I met the owners and found the couple delightful. I enjoyed staying in the room as it was stocked with items I didn't expect.”

“This motel isn't open for business anymore. And now I can't get my money refunded. This whole deal is a scam.”

“The ice machine didn’t work. The bathroom lights didn’t work. There was only half a roll of TP in the bathroom. Lots of repairs needed to the whole property. Holes and stains in all the bedding. Holes and stains all over the walls.”

“We appreciated having essentials supplied since our party was traveling from a distance. The children in our group loved the pool, & we made use of the Blackstone grill. It was a lovely stay!”
