100% a crack shack … do not stay. As soon as we checked in I was told our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken and no other rooms available, mmk. When we pulled around the back to our room, there was a hooker in a green ripped up stripper outfit hollering at us from one of the balconies asking if we lived around here… there were multiple run down men smoking out front of the lower ground level rooms that I believe they lived in. We’re not even in the building yet … The front doors were broken and wedged open, there were boards up everywhere much like you do for abandoned buildings. So then we needed to walk up cold stairs to the fourth floor, which it wrecked of marijuana and there was a junkie more than likely a prostitute hanging in the stair way … the room was dated and old, the faucet to bathroom sink just hanging, … the bed was wobbling like crazy, marks of substance all over the comforter and pillows. I left and bought new blankets and pillows for the night, along with disinfecting spray, wipes and air purifier. The room wrecked of smoke the entire time despite all the nonsmoking signs hanging all throughout the hall. With the elevator being broken I can’t imagine anyone going up there to clean anything … especially not the two sleeve ball men working the front desk.

The trash in the hallway was an interesting thing though i didnt mind it much. Must be an unspoken rule that the trash is taken out that way as room service won't enter your room till you check out. Each sheet or cover on the bed had at least one cigarette hole burned through it. I could tell cause it was hard and charred around the edge of the hole. The place semi-regularly smelled of weed as well. Other than that it was an adequate stay for a convention over the weekend.

It was dirty, no toilet paper, trash in the hallways and automactic door was stuck. Even the lobby look sketchy and the attendant was focused on her phone when she did appear. Looks like someone just brought the contract and did nothing else, but at least the bed was comfy. If you dont care and just need to rest your head, itll passbut past that. No!

We ended up not staying here at all. The five room they showed us was covered in throw up. There were also bugs in the bed as well as no deadbolts on the door. Even when touring the executive suites is even worse than the normal. The manager was supposed to call me and I never heard from him at all. I would never stay here. When talking to the staff they had no clue what was going on and they were acting clueless the whole time. Also at least three of the rooms had signs on them that were placed that by the local government departments saying that those rooms were unsafe living conditions.

The hotel is actually a motel with doors that lead directly to the outside. This is borderline false advertising. The “lobby” is in a separate building from the poorly maintained rooms. I went to check in, no one was at the desk even though I called to say I’d be there at 3pm. Customer service was terrible-the employee was curt and rude. The room was also terrible. The chair was torn and stained and the sheets also had mystery stains on them. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, I didn’t even take a shower because the floors were so nasty. I was afraid to sleep in that room and I am angry I paid with my hard earned money for it. Please look into the deceiving photos of this listing because this “hotel” (motel) is not as advertised and needs some serious repairs and maintenance.

Just don’t go there. The building is neglected, no restroom in the lounge area, toilets and facets leaks, foreign workers for maintenance can’t speak English. My door was broken open when I was not prepared to fix a leak in the wall and this shocked me. No real house keepers,dirty bed and bedding. This is not a hotel but really an abandoned building. It’s like a Halloween night. I couldn’t sleep at all except in my car.
