「What I love this hotel the most is the breakfast, its by order and put you feel like on vocation (I am on biz trip). The staff was very nice as well. The hotel location is perfect and nearby market place, very easy to walk around this lovely city. The only thing that need to improve is the internet connection, it was that good in my room.」

「Wonderful experience from start to finish, the building's and garden are quite stunning with a rural view across the farm landscape that is outstanding. Real relaxation and no traffic noise !! 「Very quirky pub with a fantastic horse theme. The rooms were fabulous and very comfortable. They had thought of everything in the rooms and also had Dolce Gusto coffee. Then curly wurly was a great idea instead of biscuits in the room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Cannot fault the service we received at the bar or in the restaurant and the food was amazing. 」

「Was very pleasantly surprised by the exceptional cleanliness and service in this hotel. It has all the welcoming warmth of a great British pub, but with the feel of a four star hotel. We had dinner both nights in the restaurant and breakfast both mornings, the food was very good. We were very impressed and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend !」

「Food was lovely although my wife’s breakfast order was incorrect. Got black pudding and tomato despite asking not to have. A bit of a waste but rest of food was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Room was lovely.」

「Lovely boutique hotel and gastro pub with plenty of parking. Very friendly staff throughout. Choice of themed rooms, each seemed to have their own unique features. The dinner and breakfast the next day were excellent. Highly recommended.」
