“Nice condo. Loved the location. A hiking trail right behind and a river in front. Quiet and still close enough to walk everywhere. We did have a problem with the hot water heater the first night. We were given access to the unit next door until the plumber could come and check it out. No issues after he looked at it. The condo could use a few tweaks like more coffee mugs and drinking glasses and some new pans. But other than that, very well stocked with lots of towels, toilet paper, paper……

“5 very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Really great family room. Ski on and ski off worked great. Easy access to town. It was very clean. We loved it and would for sure rent again.”

“Very close to the lift, 250 ft. A 10 minute walk to town. The picture of the room is exactly what you get plus a closet, bathroom. and small outside ski locker. There is a Clark's grocery store a short walk away where we got breakfast everyday. Hot tub is also close, 150 ft.”

“This condo was a short 2 block walk to the main gondola station. There are plenty of restaurants, retail within walking distance. The condo itself was perfect for a family of 4. The bathrooms have been nicely updated and the shower had good pressure. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed, and the Smart TV in the living room was nice.”

“We loved being by the San Miguel River tucked just inside the tree line at the mountain base within a short walk to the ski lifts, the free gondola to Mountain View, and the Historic side of downtown Telluride. In the morning we enjoyed the view watching the snow and people walk their dogs along the river right outside our window. They all were so happy to play in the snow. “Everything here was clear from the check in process to the room we stayed in. It was clean, quiet, well-stocked, and had phenomenal views. The walk to the gondola was only a few minutes We would stay here again for our next ski trip here.”

The listing online mentions all of these things that we’re not available to us: -Gift upon arrival -Champagne service -Mountain View (hill view above hot springs is not the same) -Black out drapes (no way to block afternoon sun or evening moon and street lights on main window) -Dining table (no table provided inside) -Coffee/Tea (there was no tea on offer) -Outdoor pool access (no pool) They advertise this property……

“Great location in Telluride. A little older property, but everything you need such as restaurants, popular bars, grocery store, shopping, ski rentals, location to the gondola and most importantly coffee is within a block or two—really can’t beat the location. The staff was always available and accommodating and the cleaning service was top notch! The only issue we had was the continuous plugging of the toilets and broken bathtub water faucet handle. We made due, fixed it ourselves and notified……
