“The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy.”

“This property is located in the HEART of Brandon, very convenient to everything. We weren’t accustomed to the “no maid service unless you request it” rule, and we didn’t care for walking to the desk to get an extra towel.”

“Our bedsheets were never changed. In the middle of the night I found someone’s E-cig under my pillow. We also requested for our room to be cleaned and it looked like a toddler made our bed. Around the pool area it’s dirty with algae growing under the pool chairs. In general everything just needs a good cleaning. Very unpleasant stay.”
