"Excellent accommodation! A short tram trip from Santa Maria Novella station. A huge Coop store and a very nice cafe (Caldana) were just a few minutes away. Very good facilities and the room was spacious and clean."

"Great location and easy to find and enter despite being staff less. Room was a decent size and clean. Although the bathroom was also a good size the shower was tiny with poor pressure and the bathroom would start to flood because the doors wouldn't shut properly."
