「Place is very good for a couple to stay for a few days. When you drive up there for the first time it looks like it is in a middle of nowhere but when you get there it looks amazing. City is small and it takes only 15-20 minutes to get anywhere. 」

「I first stayed at the Ginger bread house in the 80ies not long after it became a B&B. It is just as wonderful now as it was then. From tea time to the stroll in the garden is was a magical stay. The one draw back was booking through VRBO. I was not able to contact the hostess directly and wasn't sure how to check in. It is best to make reservations by directly calling them. 「We were in Ferndale for a multi-day event at the Fairgrounds. The Garden Suite suited us perfectly. We travel with our dogs, and the suite worked well. The location offered proximity to downtown Ferndale and its many charms, and also to the Fairgrounds. Our hosts (Sheila and Sharon) provided access information a couple days in advance, and gave careful directions so we wouldn't drive past their country-road location. We've already made our reservation for a return visit!」
