“When I walked into lobby I didn’t receive a welcoming feeling. Both people at front desk were busy scrolling on their phones. Finally one said hello but didn’t offer to assist with the check in. The other person looked up from her phone and asked if she could help me. The direction to the parking were not clear. The introduction to the hotel amenities was not clear Otherwise I was pleased with hotel ”

“The view from the balcony was beautiful. We spent hours just sitting, talking, having coffee and loving the the ocean sounds and view.”

“Close to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy . At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time . A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful. Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple. ”

“Clean room, friendly staff, I liked the location with being just minutes walking distance from the boardwalk ”

“The room was clean when arrived, however no trash was picked up all week and had to go ask for clean towels”

“The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night. The Room sink is leaking and tv remote is not working i have to do laundry washing everything and buy bed bugs spray our suitcase waste one day do nothing and move our stuff to different room my kids already sleep we have to carry kids to different room is 9:00 pm is exhausted do all the work when we on vacation. ”
