She also would not pick up the phone when we attempted to call about 20 times. Never picked it up even after we verified we were calling correctly. “Dont answer phonecalls because their voicemail box is full, never got a room serviced despite being told it would happen every 3 days, pool was disgusting with overflowing trashcans on either side of it, sheets were stained and in poor condition, shower was missing a door and unable to be closed, rooftop bar bartender didnt seem to know what she was doing (she did admit she was majorly concussed multiple times). Only thing I can give this place credit for is that the staff were nice.”
