“The place itself was immaculate. However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities.”

“We loved staying here between our visit to Oxford and Bath. The house was very comfortable and gave us the feel for the Cotswolds even though we only stayed one night. The breakfast was delicious and the hostess was hospitable. The price of our May stay was extremely affordable and we feel we got our money’s worth by far. We just loved this place!!”

“Awful experience staying here. It was a hot day, we were on the second floor and the room was sweltering and even though they did give us a fan, the fact that the sun was in the room all day and the windows did not open with no air con, we sweltered all night, no one slept. The red hot towel rain under the sink that my daughter kept burning her leg on also made the bathroom even hotter Then having paid extra for breakfast, we got there and due to a lack of gas issue, they only had toast and……
