“The bathroom sink was stopped up. Several outlets that we needed to plug in phone/watch chargers and equipment didn’t work… The beds are small and the televisions small… limited channels. There were just a few coffee pods and no amenities, like creamer… The soap in the bathrooms was pretty minimal.. It was ok for sleeping when gone all day, but the price was excessive. The manager and owner were, however, responsive to trying to get things fixed.”

“We rented what is described as a Cozy Cabin in a “Resort” on Lake Tansi. It was, in fact, what I would describe as a 1950’s Grade B family vacation “resort.” I’m sure that in by-gone days it was considered pretty nice but too many years, too much MILDEW and insufficient maintenance/renovation have taken their toll.We had to have the toilet reset the day we arrived because it leaked and wet the floor, the towels were insufficient and sleeping 6 people in this “cabin” was a big stretch. “The property is older and could use some TLC, but it was exceptionally clean on the inside and fine for our two night stay with friends. The outside could use attention, it needs to be cleaned like the inside. The mattresses were comfortable, but should probably be replaced. Overall a good place for the price.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the property. It had everything we needed for the month and our host was very way to communicate with.”

“Excellent place to stay.”

“We loved our stay at Faith's Place and feel it was an especially great stay for the price. The condo was charmingly furnished/decorated, and much of the condo has been recently renovated to include the flooring, kitchen and bathroom. The bed and couch were comfortable. Great central location to see the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg attractions to the east and impressive waterfalls to the west. Free parking, and getting a good parking space was never an issue. And the host was available, pleasant……

“Clean condo. Hardwood floor good, Bedroom carpet needs changing. ”

“Really dated and unattractive. Uncomfortable bed. Would not recommend.”

“Great location, close to golf. Easy check in process. Would stay again!”
