“Property was nice and the pool was nice. It was very clean. It just didn’t have TVs or decoration or porch chairs. It was a just an apartment with two beds essentially. Also, didn’t have enough bathing towels. ”

“This house is the reason you choose vrbo over hotels. From the minute I booked it the owners were super friendly in their communication and made staying at their property easy and welcoming. Not only did it feel really clean, but the owners thought of so many ways to make the stay great for their guests. There were little snacks in jars, coffee and creamer, plenty of soap (not just the little hotel bottles, but large refillable ones so you can wash yourself properly), and they weren't stingy on……

“This house was perfect. We were in town for a softball tournament in Newberry. We were 20 minutes from the fields and the drive was very easy. Big plus, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes!! Feeding ball players after all day play is a plus!!”

“My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!”

The place was clean and the beds were so comfy and soft! It is located close to the shopping mall and a few great dinning spots.”

“Size of house and location was great. Not sure when the house was checked before we got in but there was some burrrowing creature in the vault ceiling dropping wood chips on the family room couch. Also had a hard time talking with someone about checkout.”
