“We look at the page to see the new year's activities in the room But we were shown the street room and couldn't see the Times Square New Year's Eve event at all. We asked for a room change and we had to pay more. We later paid more to get us another room. Will not book this hotel again.”

“We enjoyed this property for the convenience of walking to all the attractions we wanted to see. Great selection of restaurants and pubs in the hotel and your in the middle of Times Square if you can’t find anything at the hotel. View from the rooftop patio was worth it all! ”

“in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it. At the end I did not take the offer to finish the shower in another room as I had to catch my flight. The customer service is not okay, all they said is sorry ! it was a really horrible……

“Very friendly welcome. We stayed in double room. With family 4 persons. Room size is okay. Missing coatrack and sitting space only 2 persons could sit on a chair. Bathroom old and very very small and not comfortable. No water pressure for 2 mornings. Very nice wine happy hours in lobby and in mornings tea and coffee to take. Life music in lobby is nice. The James hotel is very nice located. ”
