“My family and I came in from New York for my son’s Northeastern University graduation. We were pleasantly surprised with the furnishings and modern amenities. Stas was very informative and made helpful suggestions for eateries and places to see in the area. As we had a busy itinerary we were out most days. Commuting into Boston and Fenway area was very easy as the Green line D was just outside our front door. French bakery and numerous eateries are within walking distance. Our stay was excellent……

“The room/unit we were in was above shake shack so you could here the music and noise from the restaurant. Location was great for us though it was Midway between fenway and Boston common in back bay. We took the free logan express bus to back bay and the room was 1 block away. Only $3 to go back to the airport. ”

“Good property in great walkable neighborhood. A little noise from the upstairs people on the floors but all manageable. Highly recommend.”

The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”

“Our room (#1) was amazing. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we wanted. Great location, most of the main attractions were 10-15 minute walk. Before we arrived I had all of the information that I needed to gain access to the building and room. We were in room #1 which is located on the main floor, we were able to get to our room by entering under the main stairs. My only issue were the pillows, the bed was very comfortable but the pillows were thin wafers. We had to use the……

“It was very convenient as it was close to Northeastern University. Also, the room had an open feel and was comfortable.”

“The general maintenance of the building and the unit needed attention and care like broken towel bar, dirty and smelly shower curtain, and much needed cleaning inside the elevator. The location was noisy due to close by highway and street cars. ”

“Tres bien, beau et parfait pour se rendre au centre-ville! J’ai eu de la misère avec ma passe de stationnement, et j'ai du insister et prouver que je l’avais payé, finalement il me l'ont donné. Quand je suis arrivée, il y avait personne à la réception, mais autrement tout etait parfait! Nous avons eu accès au patios, salle de pool! Super environnement!”
