COLOSSEUM TERRACE DELUXE APARTMENT - 6 PEOPLE

300 meters from the Colosseum, penthouse apartment consisting of three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a furnished 30-square-meter panoramic terrace with frontal views of the city and side views of the Colosseum. The terrace is enclosed by a curtain with a large panoramic window. The terrace has the glass window open in summer and closed in winter. There is also warm air conditioning in winter when the panoramic window is closed.
There are a total of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the penthouse. Two double rooms are 15 square meters with en suite bathrooms and one double room is 10 square meters with a private bathroom next to the room.
Each room is furnished with custom-made wooden furniture and has Smart TV, wifi, air conditioning. The bathrooms were redone in 2020. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and washing machine.
The area is quiet and very close to the Colosseum, located at the end of the street and full of restaurants, bars, stores and supermarkets.
The metro (line A Manzoni Station, Line B Colosseum Station) is 300 meters.

Great apartment with a great location. Pictures need to reflect a more accurate depiction of the actual area of the apartment. Not as much space as the pictures show. The living room area is actually also the outside area. But all around still a great location for colosseum visit / viewing.

The apartment was in a great location with a 10-minute walk straight down the street to the Colosseum at the end. We also met our tours and ate at restaurants nearby. I would like to add that while all three bedrooms were cool if we kept our doors closed, we were disappointed that the kitchen area did not have an a/c unit nor did the terrace. It was 98 degrees F. the week we were there in July. Also, the refrigerator was more of a cooler than a refrigerator. Other than those minor inconveniences, we had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

Beautiful apartment minutes from the Collusum

Nice apartment in a great location—just a few minutes' walk from both the Colosseum and the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano.The rest of the city was easily accessible, either on foot or with a short cab ride. The only drawback was that the main living area was an outdoor terrace. While it was lovely in the early morning or evening, it did get quite hot during the middle of the day.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free.

Do Not Stay at This Apartment

I would like to provide a better review but unfortunately our unorganized experience started before we even arrived. Communication with the property managers is spotty, do not expect to get a response for 2-3 days. You will get charged extra for everything, so beware. The listing promised free car service from the airport to the apartment, but this is only is everything goes perfectly. Unfortunately, our bags did not arrive in a timely manner and the driver could not wait. Instead of the property manager helping to make other arrangements, their only advice was to get a taxi. The expense was 120 Euros when it should have been free. Next when you arrive at the apartment you are on the 5th floor (technically 6th). There is an elevator but it only worked 1 of 4 days we were scheduled to stay at the property. A member of our family could not easily walk up and down the stairs so this made for a negative experience. The apartment itself is okay, but there is no common area except for the outside patio which is not usable in the heat of the summer. There is an AC unit on the patio that you should be able to use if the glass doors are completely shut. The property manager does not want you to use it so they do not leave a remote control or any means of turning it on. On the third night of our stay the power either went out or was being throttled in our building, again the elevator did not work and the AC and lights would not turn on. We had to move to a hotel with no help.

Great location!

Apartment is perfectly placed just a few blocks from the colosseum. Our family spent two days there ahead of our cruise and there are also a ton of great restaurants. We found Pizza Forum and had the best pizza ever at that location. Host clearly communicated and everything was great!

Wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay. We were a party of 6. This was our first trip to Rome. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The apartment was clean, nicely laid out. The owners have detailed instructions for everything-nice for Americans who are not familiar with European appliances. The staff worked with arranging transportation as well as helping us with tours. They were very responsive to questions- and I had a lot of them. Definitely recommend for a party of 6One thing though. If you get there earlier than check in, make sure you are dropped off at the office, which is several blocks from the. Apartment. Difficult to pull or carry luggage form the apartment to the office.

Fantastic stay in lovely Rome

We had a lovely holiday staying in this apartment , it is in a great location only ten minutes walk to the colosseum and close to a metro station . The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed , we especially liked the terrace . There is a cafe next door selling lovely fresh pastries and many authentic restaurants within a ten minute walk. The communication from the representatives was excellent and they were very helpful. We would thoroughly recommend straying here .

Great New Years Break

We stayed with our eldest (adult) child over new year for 4 days. The bedrooms were large and clean with plenty of storage and the bathrooms very clean.We didn’t use the kitchen beyond making a hot drink but there were facilities to cook if we had wanted. The heating was efficient and the apartment warm. We didn’t use the balcony room though as it was was a little chilly. It would be wonderful when warmer.The hosts arranged our transfers to and from the airport which was incredibly convenient and the option to store our luggage on our last day was also very useful. We also liked having the Virtual key on an app rather than having to carry around keys all day.The location was fantastic, less than a 10 minute walk from the Colloseum. The hosts also recommended some great local restaurants and we tried a couple, the food was excellent and a great price too. I would recommend this apartment for a short stay. The hosts also left us some Prosecco as a welcome which we didn’t get around to drinking, but it was a lovely touch.

Great apartment, exactly as pictured. It was actually a bit larger than I expected so that was a nice surprise. Also much quieter than expected since it overlooks the street. No noise really reached us. It is very much a neighborhood - not a touristy area at all yet you can easily walk to the Colosseum. Hosts always replied to my questions promptly leading up to our stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again. There's a wonderful cafe right next door for breakfast. Don't bother going to the one on the corner, the one next door is better and friendlier. Several other restaurants at the end of the block as well. We didn't try them but they are right there if you want something close. Note that there isn't really a good place for cars to stop long to pick you up so take care if coordinating a pick up. We did it every day - sometimes twice a day - without too many issues. You just need to be downstairs on time. Coordinate with your driver and it will work.

Roman holiday

5 of us stayed (2 couples and 1 friend) for 3 nights. It was a great apartment - we thought the location might be too far from the city center - but it was perfect! The apartment was quiet and each room in the apartment was quiet. We loved sitting on the terrace/watching the colors change - sunrise, sunset, etc. We loved our stay!!
