Margaritaville Beach Resort - Nassau

8/10 Good

"Location: 10/10 (if you want to check out the local city life) Cleanliness: 10/10 Room: spacious, great view, but beds were too small for two adults. Consider staying at the resort’s One Particular Harbor side - residences - for families with older kids. Service: great whenever we interacted with staff. However, calling the guest services line was frustrating. No one picked up for hours on our second day. The housekeeping line said “number not recognized”. So I had to go down to the front desk to request fresh towels. The young lady at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and made a note about the fresh towels. No luck getting those until we called again late in the evening and she brought it up herself later that night. After that experience, I made a note to grab extra towels whenever I saw a housekeeping team member in the hallway. I really wanted to love it here, but not having someone pick up the guest services line for hours has me thinking twice about staying here again. Food: 7/10 (except for JWB Prime of course - 15/10!!!)"

"They staff here is unmatched , they are helpful , friendly and most of all they are kind , the resort features two slides into one pool for kids with a total of 3 pools , the private beach has beautiful views along with a beautiful board walk onto a gazebo with 2 chairs to enjoy the views, if your looking to fly into Nassau Bahamas this is the best resort to stay at if you value family time , quite , and learning about their culture."

"Me gustó las atenciones del staff son muy amables y serviciales, la comida muy buena y variada, buen ambiente las piscinas y playas limpias, las distintas actividades que realizan mantienen a los visitantes entretenidos está céntrico, cerca del Atlantis y del downtown. Lo único que no me gustó es que mi habitación encontramos cucarachas en dos ocasiones. Y el piso que nos tocó el 15 estaba un poco antiguo la decoración."

"Wow I wish I had more days to enjoy this property. It is very big, so many things to do. They did an upgrade to our room so we got pool and ocean view which was great. The hotel has a casino inside, stores, restaurants, the beach is beautiful (a little bit far, but because of the size of the hotel), quiet, relaxing, white sand, clear blue water, OMG, definitely coming back."
