“Very friendly team right across all areas. Smart and stylish hotel. Great amenities with lovely outdoor pool and hot tub area. We had a fabulous room on the 27th floor with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious and good options available. Healthy and tasty, all prepared in your eyesight. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.”

“Room was filthy and made me sick. Found mold growing behind peeling bathroom wallpaper. After I finally got to the only room they'd offer to switch me to, I found out they downgraded to a queen bedroom from a king without being informed or the price adjusted. As-of this review, they have yet to refund me the difference in price, or for the manager to respond to the mold, spiders, lack of cleanliness, foul room smell (embedded in carpet and curtains) that made my first and primary room during……
