“Nice and Memorable stay ”

“Lovely little flat in a very convenient location. Parking wasn't an issue as there was plenty of parking in the area. Asked for an additional heater before I arrived and they kindly put one in there for me. Stairs are quite narrow and are only wide enough for one foot per step, but not a problem for me. :)”

“The annexe was spotlessly clean & tidy. Very well presented with everything we needed for our stay. Attention to detail was great, toiletries & kitchen cleaning equipment included, even a dog bowl.A lovely place to stay & I highly recommend”

“Check in was easy and location was good, thise are the only positives. The property is extremely dated and dirty. The furnishings in communal areas were torn, threadbare, stained, dirty and smelly. The carpets were dirty, covered in dog and human hair. There was mould above the shower and dirt and mould under the sink. The areas around the toilets were soiled with rusted old urine splashes. There was mould on one of the bedroom walls.The kitchen cupboard fascias were peeling and the handles all……

Had a minor misunderstanding on 3rd bedroom description but it was immediately dealt with by host (thank you).Highly recommend and we will use again next time in town.”
