"Nice and Memorable stay "

"Lovely little flat in a very convenient location. Parking wasn't an issue as there was plenty of parking in the area. Asked for an additional heater before I arrived and they kindly put one in there for me. Stairs are quite narrow and are only wide enough for one foot per step, but not a problem for me. :)"

"Check in was easy and location was good, thise are the only positives. The property is extremely dated and dirty. The furnishings in communal areas were torn, threadbare, stained, dirty and smelly. The carpets were dirty, covered in dog and human hair. There was mould above the shower and dirt and mould under the sink. The areas around the toilets were soiled with rusted old urine splashes. "Self-contained and comfortable, and in an ideal location for the short walk into the beautiful town of Rye. Access is down an alleyway, and up and down steps that can be tricky in the rain. Likewise the interior stairs need careful maneuvering but this does not detract from its charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the studio."
