Lovely Pool Home in Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed for two months and found the home to be just what we needed for a relaxing getaway from the Minnesota cold! Really enjoyed the heated pool and nearby biking trail. Perfect setup! 10/10

We loved our stay at this house. We have rented three houses in the last year in Rotonda. This has been the best! House was homey, and pool was awesome with the sunning ledge. We also enjoyed watching the golfers and the wildlife. We would definitely book this house again.

Relaxing Place to Stay

The whole house exudes a peaceful feeling as soon as you step into it. Very clean with ocean themed decor gets you in the mood to hit the beach. We tried out Lynn's reccommendation of Boca Grande Beach. Oh my what a lovely beach with lots of shells and shark's teeth. Turned out to be our fave of the 3 beaches we visited. The house is located in a quiet community close to many amenities.

Wonderful home - Amazing Hosts

The house was very well kept. Items in the home were easily found when needed. Lynn was absolutely amazing as a host! If we had any questions or concerns she was quick to reply with an answer and/or solution. Cute house, great pool and awesome location!

Great house in close proximity to several beaches. Of course, Boca Grande is our absolute favorite. The pool/patio are was fabulous and we loved having a fenced yard for our pup. However, the grass looked as if it hadn’t been cut in a while. Thankfully, there was a mower in the garage and my husband didn’t mind mowing so our girl could find her tennis ball when playing fetch! The home itself was clean and well-appointed. Lynn was a gracious host and even messaged to make sure we hadn’t left an item that the cleaning crew found after our departure. I Would definitely recommend this home and hope to return in the future!
