“Great location, great valueThere were a few downsides to be aware of- have to check in in town to get physical keys- no code or contactless entry- there’s about 50 steps from parking area to get down to the property- duplex shared with another VRBO- the property owners say you can only park 2 cars/duplex in the lot but there is clearly space for 3 for each duplex, especially if parking spaces were marked.- the listing states that the primary/master bedroom has a King but it definitely has a……

“The property was perfect. We were in Steamboat for my son's wedding at the STARS camp. The location plus the size of the townhouse was just what we needed. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which made it easy to get dressed for the celebrations. The pool was heavenly after 4 days of Steamboat Springs fun. Thank you.”

“Celebrated an 80th birthday. Wonderful that the entire family could stay comfortably at this home. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space for everyone to spread out. VERY clean. Beautiful views. Great location: quiet, close to town, close to hiking. Hot tub also a plus.Just a few notes:-could use more wine glasses.-could use more blanket options in bedrooms instead of just heavy comforters.-a few too many breakable items in precarious places.-main stereo was first generation iPhone……

“House was great. Lived the hot your and fireplace. Location was excellent. The only drawback was after hours check in. Took and extra 30 minutes. Would have been much nicer to go directly to the house with the code.”

“The location was absolutely perfect. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook while there. Restrooms were stocked well with clean towels.The mountain views were amazing from every angle. This deserves a five star, the only down side was that the fusball table wasn't set up and ready for use and I did find some trash on the patio adjacent to the living room. ”

“Living room/kitchen area was great for a group. When you enter, you have to walk up maybe 15 stairs to kitchen/liv area, then another 15 up to the bedrooms. No luggage racks. Had to search for towels. Never found tissues. Nice to have the gas grill, though it was empty on arrival so had to cook burgers inside (very messy) first night. Then next day despite asking for it to be switched out, tank was left at our door to lug up and do it ourselves. And the driveway is a complete hazard where one……
