"Our stay at Alaya Resort Ubud was perfect. The staff is warm and attentive. The food for breakfast was fresh and there were so many options both from the buffet and from the a la carte menu. Our room was immaculate and the ac kept us nice and cool. The pools were great and we also used the spa which was delightful. If you're looking to stay in Ubud you should definitely stay at Alaya Resort Ubud."

"Peaceful and relaxing 5-star hotel. Surrounded by nature with beautiful rice field views. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Spa was affordable and excellent service, as well as free activities at the hotel. Breakfast was buffet providing a good spread and variety of western and eastern food, however we felt the menu was the same every day with slight variations. Overall a great hotel that gives very good value for money."

"Very friendly helpful staff. Room was clean, but old bathtub had stains. Inside of hotel beautiful, but outside unattractive because of messy construction. Overall, nice place, I would return here on my next trip to Bali."

"My partner and I stayed at Arma Hotel for 3 nights on holiday. This resort was the oasis we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Here we were able to be present and felt grounded by the nature within the resort. The grounds are beautifully kept. The museum was a wonderful way to get to know the heart of Balinese culture. We met painters while wandering around the museum and loved getting to know them and hearing about their work. The people are extremely friendly and genuinely interested in connecting with you and helping you get what you are looking for out of your stay. The front desk was very accessible, and we were able to communicate with them seamlessly through WhatsApp, where they helped us schedule our activities for the following day. There’s a really special energy throughout the space, with a strong sense of gratitude and authenticity that you can feel during your stay.
