「Every was super clean and stayed well」

「I mean...it's cheap so what do you expect? Loud... Uncomfortable ... Nothing interesting around it...? Like I said...cheap with free coffee.」

「While the rate was good, I feel there are still room for improvements. The room was basic but comfortable; however, the shower in my room needed repair. The cold water faucet didn't work, so if you're looking for a hot, scolding shower...that room is just for you! The breakfast was WEAK. I can't remember if it was advertised as continental or not, but you had the option of cereal or toast with either not ripe enough or over-ripe fruit. That was it. Juice machine was "out of order" too. Coffee...

「Very pleasant and helpful manager. Property is rather worn but looks and smells clean. Comfortable bed and good sheets. Decent breakfast. Did what we needed for an overnight stay on a road trip.」

「The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and modern. Breakfast was just ok. The coffee was the best part of it. Fruits were not fresh ( bananas brown and apples soft). Other fruit choices would be nice.」

「Room was beautiful and very clean along with the resort. Note: pillows aren’t very comfortable and the restaurant stays open until midnight however they stop serving food at 10PM. wish we would have known that.」

「the room was clean, tv worked but hdmi did not and while the staff did what he could helping to figure it out and even checked different rooms to see if the tv could connect to hdmi. it did not! which was disappointing but the effort was there and i can respect that.」

「The room needed vacuumed. It had sand all over it and dirt when you first walked in on the hardwood floor. The balcony could’ve used some cleaning. It was unusually dirty. Other than that, not a bad experience considering it’s on the beach and on the lake. I just don’t understand why the rooms aren’t cleaner.」

「We checked into room 204. As I was reading in bed, I saw a bed bug crawl toward me on the bed sheet. I killed it, put it into a tissue, and took it to the front desk. The motel staff were incredibly kind and responsive, and they moved us into another room. We checked the beds in the new room and saw no evidence of bed bugs, so we spent the night there. The mattresses were uncomfortable; old and with low spots on both sides of the bed. I had to sleep in the middle of the bed just to find a flat...

「The staff was very nice. I arrived after 10pm and had to call the number to have someone that lives on property to come over and check us in. When I originally booked this hotel there were amenities listed that are no longer available. Shut down restaurant, outdoor pool and hot tub. It is a quaint little quirky place if you are looking for something to unplug from the world. The room we got had new carpet that was replaced very recently. They were repairing one set of stairs. They are trying to...

「This hotel is charming. Our room was clean and staff were very helpful. As a bonus, the hotel is within 900 feet of a world class cocktail bar, Speak of the Devil. I most highly recommend the Ariel Broadway.」

「Staff friendly. Quick to address any concerns. Breakfast bar with a good variety to choose from. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Has a pool, exercise facility, and outside sitting area with gas fireplace. Very close to attractions. Lots to do in the area.」
