「No rooms available but I was charged for a room when booking. Left stranded at 8pm by the door to go find another room. When asked for a refund, I was told to sort that out myself as well.」

「The flat was clean and all the fixtures were new. It is a bit small so I wouldn’t consider it suitable for more than two people max. Everything one needs to prep and cook meals was provided along with full size appliances. They also provided everything needed to make tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The location was great - the Central line, parks, and two large supermarkets were within walking distance, and a dedicated parking space was also provided so all transport options were...

「Pods were small but enough room to fit small luggage in and perfectly comfortable for sleeping and the aircon was very effective. The bathrooms seemed like they were regularly cleaned and there was always a dry shower cubicle available when I needed one. Having the area downstairs to sit and relax was nice and freely available ice cold water was great on a really hot weekend. The QR codes for access were a bit temperamental and sometimes took a few tries but that was the only minor issue.」

「I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. There’s also a bar on the ground floor, which is super convenient. Overall, it was a really great stay and I would highly recommend it! 」
