“This property is in a really good location. It is across the street from an underground station, which was helpful. We walked to see some of the major sites without any issues. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for seven adults. The only drawbacks were the 57 steep stairs to the 2nd floor apartment and it is on a very noisy road. It is on an ambulance route so there were sirens going down the street constantly. It might be an issue if you have younger children that need to nap or……

“Amazing hotel! Loved everything about it and enjoyed the restaurant as well. Staff was friendly and professional.”

“Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.”

“When we arrived, we were given a studio room instead of the one-bedroom apartment I had booked. The receptionist told us to contact the booking platform. I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem. I asked for a phone number to call because the online chat was too inefficient. She gave me a U.S. number, so I made an international call — but it turned out to be……

“Very convenient location. But cannot store luggage before check in. Also need to carry own luggage upstairs. The staff is very responsive and helpful though. Overall great value in this location. ”

“Great location, 5 minutes to Earls Court station, which is right inside of Zone 1. Room was super clean. Everything was labeled and room came with all amenities to rest, make a meal, do laundry and have a restful sleep. The place was so clean as if no one has ever stayed there. Spacious enough for two grownups and two kids to stay comfortably.”

“A good location, plenty shops and restaurants nearby. Kitchen could do with more crockery etc.....hallway is a bit threadbare, but clean. A good place to stay on a budget”
