“The hotel was very convenient and close to the seafront. The room was comfortable and it had a walk-in shower which I needed. I also have difficulty with stairs, so I chose the hotel because it has a lift. It also has plenty of parking and the staff were very friendly. Will stay there again next time I visit the Isle of Wight.”

“A lovely, very well maintained inn with a restaurant and pub, within walking distance of the ferry terminal. First rate menu with daily specials including fresh seafood. Pub has local ales on hand-pull. Spotless clean rooms with daily maid service. Friendly and competent staff. Note that this establishment is located in a residential neighborhood, so no other stores nearby. ”

“Convenient location apart from being on a steep hill. However all the bus trips we made stopped at the top of the hill. Nicely decorated and comfortable bed. Ate evening meal on three occasions, which were all good quality and value, but menu limited. All in all, the stay was good value for a budget hotel”

“首先房間內沒有WiFi服務，現今社會，酒店沒可能沒有Wi-Fi服務，他的酒店只供應大堂，房內設施簡陋，沒有雪櫃也沒有保險箱，房間內亦沒有盒裝紙巾供客人使用，也沒有提供樽裝水給客人。 我也住過他鄰近酒店而且價錢比這更還低港幣$200一晚，但是他每天提供兩支樽裝水，第一天入到房內還有朱古力贈送，他們房間的Wi-Fi接收能力還比自己的上網卡更強，也有盒裝紙巾放在睡床旁邊！ 所以再對比一下，這間酒店的好處只是近碼頭！其他不值一提”
