「The room is on the 2nd floor , it is too small for a family, no table , no teeth brush , no hairdryer and shower gel provided . The stairs are too steep, quite dangerous if you have baby with you. My friend lived on 1 st floor , there is no bathroom inside the room, shared bathroom is outside, they didn’t realize that when they booked the room. 」

「Made extremely welcome by all staff, hotel really clean and beautifully decorated. Room spacious and comfortable with excellent showers. Breakfast was superb and served perfectly. Place had a lovely air of calm and cannot wait to return 」

「David and Rosemary were over the top hosts. The property has extensive extras not seen elsewhere that add value to our experience and highly recommend this property. They offered excellent made to order breakfast, best on this South England trip. If we were in area, we would definitely stay at this property again. 」

「The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Our bed was comfortable andbwe slept well. We ate every night in the restaurant as the food was lovely and very reasonable. We will definitely be coming back. 😀」

「Excellent! The service and attention from the owners is second to none! They really looked after us and our 2 girls, and ensured we had the best time! The location is great, and the views from the garden/lounge are absolutely breathtaking! 」
