“Very accommodating and courteous staff.”

“Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB.”

“If you would like accommodation that acts as a quiet Haven, where you can cocoon, this property is an excellent option. You have your own private entrance. A private washroom and very large bedroom space. Good weather permitting, you have access to a charming outdoor sitting area. Having a vehicle for this location is a plus. I would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“Very quaint little suite. Ultra quiet, close to shopping center but for us it was very convenient to hit a local gym. Perfect way to start our mornings before heading out for days activities.”

“Very beautiful and in a perfect spot! Lots of little stands nearby and the lake parking lot is a three minute drive. It could have been cleaner inside the place, had to body a spider once or twice and found some webs but overall very nice stay!!”

“Linda went out of her way to make the place welcoming. She left sweet treats for us and a toy for our dog. The place itself is adorable, well equipped, and in a great location. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Victoria!”

“Stayed here with family while attending our son's graduation. Very convenient location near the university and also close to shops. Perfect setup for our multi-generation family celebration, lots of space for a comfortable gathering. The kitchen is very well equipped, found everything we needed to cook a couple of big meals. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the family friendly board games! Good communication with the host via text message. We had a few minor housekeeping concerns that we brought to……

“We have made regular visits to Victoria for the past 10 years, but this was our first visit to this VRBO location. It was perfect for our needs, and the suite had everything we could need for our stay (and was spotlessly clean and had a welcoming feel). The owners were beyond helpful, and we left with only good vibes about this vacation. Shops and bus stop a walk away.”

“Problematic from beginning to end. Received a request for balance of payment the day before arrival....!?!?!?!?!On arrival, the location was a complete and utter dump (refrigerator in the driveway!?!?), busy highway, idyllic pool from vrbo advertising covered in a huge plastic, ugly green bubble, apartment was dirty, kitchen facilities in particular, an Xmas (?) half eaten, moldy pie in the oven, large holes in the door screens preventing privacy, heating went off in the middle of the night,……
