“Staff, mostly nice but some are a bit rigid. Location not very convience just quite close to airport around 8 mins if taking grab. For the room, i think im a bit unlucky coz when the 1st room i live, i find there are some ants on the blanket, so i get down & call the staff to help me to change another room. “Expediaに掲載されている設備と実際の設備が大きく違っていました。電子レンジと洗濯機なのですが、スタッフに聞いたところスタジオタイプにはついていないと冷たく言われました。 また、１日目は１８時ころに到着したら、掃除が終わっていないので３０分待ってくれと言われました。１時間ほどたってからもう一回行くと、部屋がないといわれ、エマージェンシールームを準備するとのこと。 部屋の広さは同じでしたが、かけ布団はシーツがなくボロボロ、トイレは天井から水漏れなど少しひどかったです。 ２日目はまともな部屋でしたが、Wi-Fiのパスワードがどこにも書いていない、聞いても机に書いてあるとしか言われない。 アパートメントの部屋であれば想定していたような部屋だったと思います。 サービスレベルもスタッフの対応もひどいものでした。”
