“The whole hotel is in bad shape. The room smells of a lot of humidity, and the toilet was leaking all day long.
The so-called gym (one of the reasons why I've chosen this hotel) only offers a couple of treadmills and some rusty dumbbells.
The swimming pool was clean, but the staff at the swimming pool was not helpful or welcoming enough. I didn't know where to get the towels, or if I could order food from the swimming pool and charge it to my room. There were 2 staff there, but only checking……

“My experience at this property was really bad.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the condition of the property. The space was quite dirty, and the bathroom in particular was not well-maintained. There's mold and milder on the tiles and the bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned properly. The floor near the toilet was sticky and smell like pee.
