「Staff were friendly and excellent and location is what we expected and room and comfort was very good. The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?」

「Single room for 1 night, a bit cosy but the price was unbeatable. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, good shower amenities, easy parking, polite staff, good wifi. Only improvement I can suggest is to put a darker curtain as quite a bit of light goes through during summer.」

「Excellent all round stay, clean and smart accomodation as well as all areas, very quiet and peaceful, within easy reach of all attractions and places to visit. Great breakfasts and very friendly and knowledgeable hosts for who nothing was too much . A pleasure to stay and would stay again and reccomend it for anyone visiting and staying in the area. Could not find any faults.」

「Beautiful setting. It was another very warm day but there are plenty of shady spots on the terrace where you can sit with a cool drink and enjoy the very spacious gardens. It’s a small hotel which gives it its own intimate vibe. The rooms are nicely decorated. We had a standard room which had a four poster bed. It’s an old building so the floor was a little uneven.
