"The front desk guy was too lazy and he made me wait 30 extra minutes before he could check me in and it was already 10 o’clock at night so Brent does guys super Duper Duper lazy and I’m injured with a broken arm and everything like that so I wouldn’t expect The front desk To be so lazy. and the front desk guy I am talking about is a younger gentleman who is African-American or darker colored skin he’s got a short crew cut hair and was wearing a dark navy blue button up long sleeve and I think he was from India according to his accent."
