This property has 5 motion sensor activated RING security devices:
1 Doorbell camera next to the front door
1 Camera located in and pointed to the front porch & entrance
1 Floodlight cameras covering the driveway from front to backyard
1 Camera in and pointed to the back patio and back door
1 Doorbell camera next to the back door

Note: These devices only record when motion activated and recordings are saved in cloud storage for 60 days. We monitor cameras upon check-in (or guest arrival), check-out (or guest departure) and when there is an issue or complaint.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles depending on their size. The bus stop is just 3 blocks away. Uber and Lyft are also available.
There are 2 utility closets, one in the primary bath and another in the kitchen that have locks and are not accessible to guests.

The Neighborhood:
Located just east from Downtown San Antonio, Jefferson Heights is undergoing revitalization and is an up-and-coming area. As a Historic inner city neighborhood, you will be close to everything. If you are a Foodie, the East side is a great place to be! From the finest Pastrami sandwiches, to the Freshest wood oven baked Pizza, and the tastiest Breakfast Tacos made from scratch, there will be something to satisfy your palate.

Other Things to Note:
This house is not child proof and may not be suitable for children under the age of 13. However, we would love to host your younger guests as well. We also provide one pack-n-play with a travel mattress for infants or toddlers under the age of 2, or children under 30 pounds and under 35 inches. It may not be suitable for infants under 3 months old or under 15 pounds because it does not contain a newborn bassinet. Parents or caregivers are advised to take precautions to keep their children safe while on the property.

We do live in our home on a part-time basis. Our family suffers from allergies and this is a pet or animal-free and smoke-free house. Unfortunately, we are not able to host guests with pets or animals of any kind. If you travel with pets, service animals and/or emotional support pets, please choose a different property. There are many other listings to choose from in the area. Thank you for understanding.

Our smart thermostat will shut off when doors and windows are left open for extended periods of time to conserve energy.

2022 marked one of the hottest Summers on record! On 100+ degree days, the HVAC will not cool the house below 75-77 degrees. It will cool to 70 degrees in the evening (after dark).
During the Summer, do not set the thermostat below 72 degrees during the daytime or 70 degrees in the evening to prevent overwhelming the HVAC and for energy efficiency.
During the Winter, do not set above 77 degrees.

Interaction with Guests:
I will interact with the guests as much or as little as they are comfortable with. I am available for questions via text, phone, or message at any time.
