「The condo was very clean and ready for our use. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Very few items in the kitchen - had to search for salt and pepper but found it. No room for our groceries but made it work. Internet address and password were incorrect. Finally got correct log in information the next day from the office. Took two days to figure out TV too but finally got it. Too many remotes without any instructions. Ease to beach was great.」

「Great condo for a family. Wonder views of the property and the ocean. We saw whales everyday from the balcony. Close to restaurants and a cute little market. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and the trails around the property were great for the kids to run around. Would absolutely stay here again. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was great and the beach access is great. The shower head could be improved and the tub is a big step up so it's a little awkward. Unfortunately the outdoor shower was out of order so it was a little challenging to clean the sand of as we went to the beach multiple times during each day. We would return again.」

「This spot was perfect for our family of four! It was airy, roomy, and clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It's in a great location, just steps from downtown Capitola and the beach! Having a private garage parking space was a wonderful perk. We had to contact the host with a question when we arrived, and they were extremely responsive. We will definitely stay here again!」
