“We’re a young couple in our 60s and we surely enjoyed our stay at the tiny house short bike ride to everywhere up and down highway 101. The host Doug was very pleasant. Always asked if we needed anything. You gotta stay here, and see it to believe it for yourself. I’ll definitely be back.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this surprising secluded hideaway in the midst of a quaint neighborhood about 5 blocks from the Windandsea Beach. Also a lovely park with a great walking path is in the other direction. The property staff were responsive to correcting a couple of things weren't quite right in the beginning. The kitchenette is well appointed to cover any cooking needs. The shower is a bit of a downside it you are over 5'6" and has a fine spray. The stone tile floor has some wear……

“This place is fantastic! It’s in a safe neighborhood, close to the beach, pet friendly, very comfortable, fairly priced, and exceptionally clean. What more could you want? We stayed over a month with a dog and cat and loved every minute of it. Thanks Jason and Denise for sharing this wonderful home with us!”

“Great location. We used buses to get around and found at age 77 a challenge to walk hills up and esp at end of day. We found bus 84 helpful to come up from Rosecrans to Talbot and Catalinata The place was lovely, well equipped and a great space to be in. We ate most of our meals here and worked very well”

“Property was in the perfect spot for dining and shopping and the ocean! The condo was super cute and perfect for my daughter and I. Only thing was I wasn’t receiving the communications through Expedia/Vrbo so I had to reach out to see how to check in. Once I did that, communication was excellent. Great stay.
