The ability to walk down from your own private staircase with a paddle board and get out on the water is really wonderful. The home and all details therein are really nice. “Thank you, Joseph for an incredible stay at this gorgeous Sunset Cliffs house. We stayed here for a long girls weekend in late April and were so impressed with the property. It was clean, comfortable, thoughtfully laid out with all the amenities and more. We ended up changing some of our plans so we could stay back and just enjoy being at the house. “This was the perfect setup for our group. All the amenities of home; it is clean, updated, and very comfortable. The three units allowed for privacy while still being close to each other. The location is close to grocery shopping, beach, and restaurants, but is still quiet and peaceful. Alessandro checked on us via text, enough to let us know he was there if needed, but not so much that it was intrusive. We had a minor issue that was addressed immediately. “We loved our stay! The views are really hard to beat and the location was supreme! About a 20min walk to beach/ town. 15min drive to the airport and downtown. We were a group of 12 and had more than enough space both inside and outside. One thing to note is that there are three bedrooms connected railroad style, but that wasn't an issue for us.”

“We loved our stay here, the house was perfect for our group, which was a mix of parents and teens. All the decks gave everyone a space to hang out and enjoy the views. The beach access was a bit difficult so make plans to pack a bag and walk a block or two if you want to spend time at the beach. All in all we had a great visit and were very pleased with the home!”

“This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.”

“We are a group of women who were in Nurses training 55 years ago. We get together yearly now for 5 days or so to reconnect and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but there were penalty of areas to gather. House was very clean and well equipped. Great location with amazing sunsets and close to all we wanted to do. 15 minutes from the airport. Joseph was responsive to our needs also. Thanks so much for making this property available to us.”

“The property had an amazing views right across Sunset Cliffs. You could see this sunset every day, which was amazing. The house is very large and can accommodate a very large group and well and also has a very nice pool and hot tub. The host was also easy to contact very helpful.”

“We rented the Vrbo property from Tue-Sun to celebrate our son's 40th. As with most properties, the place had some pros and cons. Pros: - Assigned/secure/gated garage parking - Elevator access (our son is handicapped, so this was VERY helpful!) - 3 bath/3 bed...every couple/adult had their own restroom - Clean - Comfortable beds - Open plan kitchen/living/dining - Cozy and comfortable living room furniture - Large walk-in closet in primary suite - 2nd floor W/D - 1 primary & 1 1st flr junior……

“The place was in a perfect location. We were close to everything. The house was clean. The only problem was when the upstairs neighbors checked in with all of their kids at 10pm you could hear them running back and forth through the whole downstairs. Other then that i would absolutely rent this again.”

Only thing was I wasn’t receiving the communications through Expedia/Vrbo so I had to reach out to see how to check in. Once I did that, communication was excellent. Great stay.
