"I came to visit San Diego with family. Angela's home was cozy and convenient, near the beach and stores. It had everything needed, a home away from home. I only felt bad because the hard wood floors would creak every time my kids made movements. It has a washer and dryer and she even had pods for laundry. It is so convenient, especially after a long day or getting ready to travel back home. Angela was also very kind. We had a hiccup with our flight and she went out of her way to accommodate us....

"We stayed here for the night before and the night of our wedding. House was amazing. Everyone said they felt like they were at Disneyland!! Pool was unbelievable. My kids got to enjoy it the first night and I could barely get them out! April was amazing. Easy to reach and so kind when the boys got a little too loud in the jacuzzi. We will definitely be back!"

"Stayed 1 week, including 2 Jays' baseball games - Petco a 5 minute walk away. The accommodation was perfect for our needs - as well as baseball, we enjoyed the close-by dining (huge # of choices). As well, a great starting point for walks throughout beautiful San Diego - Seaport Village, Balboa Park, etc. The kitchen was well appointed serving all req'ts. All in all a fantastic property."

"Travelled as a family of 3, including a 5 year old. House is perfectly located between the Bay and the Beach, with some great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. House had everything needed for a day at the beach, including towels, umbrella, chairs, and sand toys. Across the bay is a sport center where we rented paddleboards for the day. Neighborhood is quiet and feels quite safe. Hosts were responsive whenever needed. As mentioned in the description, parking might be tight...

"This place was absolutely perfect. It was very cozy. We were about 5 or 6 blocks from the beach. The view from the sun deck was stunning. Unfortunately we didnt have time to use the hottub. My husband and I came for my Sons Marine graduation so we were at the base for two days. So we didnt get to enjoy this beautiful place like we wanted too. But when we come back to San Diego we will definitely be staying in your place again. Thank you Anna Marie and Aaron The Kaisers"

"This amazing cottage was steps to the ocean and just a couple of blocks from the bay! It was spacious and very clean, with everything you could possibly need for a week's stay at the beach! We loved enjoying our morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the spacious deck, with a view of the ocean! The proximity to all of the shops and restaurants was an added bonus as we didn't bring a car. This is a property that we will certainly rent again in the future!!!"

"Pros: The proximity to the beach and to two local coffee shops is unbeatable. The space was clean and quiet which is great for travelers with families. Everything you needed in the kitchen was there. Cons: No bath mats, heater didn't work, no clear parking spot directions, and the toilet seat was broken (I believe it was mentioned that it was broken already in past reviews, which means it still hasn't been fixed)."

"My family and I decided to go to San Diego for spring break. I booked this place based on reviews of location and we could not be happier. This was just steps away from the beach. My wife and I shared the main bed in bedroom 1 and my 2 kids had their own bed in 2nd bedroom. The couch could have been another option if needed. It was upstairs so we left windows open at night to get some of the ocean breeze and sat outside on the patio to enjoy the weather. Overall we will definitely book this...

"Took my 10 year old granddaughter to my favorite place…Coronado. Ironically got the exact same bungalow I had 2 years ago. It was perfect. Always stocked with all you need, they have added beach wagons, chairs, sand toys and more! It was so nice to be able to use the wagon…little legs are always worn out on the way home from the beach. We shared many deep conversations at the outdoor seating. It was a perfect trip. I will always look for these properties in the future."

Very Vintage, Comfortable, Close to Great Shopping
"Anna was so kind and helpful, she received my amazon packages and had them in our room when we arrived. This place has charm, especially in the small back courtyard and the ground and front porch. The building is dated, but they have upgraded adequately the bathrooms, bed was comfortable and sheets and towels very clean and clean smelling. It is an old house and there are about 12 rooms inside. I believe all the rooms have an on-suite with the exception of number 12 which has a private bath across and adjacent from the room. 10-12 are in the lower front of the house and 1-2 are in the lower back. I believe 3-10 are all upstairs. Floors are creaky in this older home, so we were careful not be too loud as we were in 3 above 2. Even tho there was a breeze and a window unit, we were warm with the covers so just used the sheet. Great for a one night stay and very close to downtown, one street away. we walked to breakfast and shopping. Parking can be tricky as all the spots are residential and first come, but there are two spots in the alley in the back that we were able to use for unloading. By evening other spots open up. tons of great coffee and breakfast places. Do NOT miss visiting the Hotel Del Coronado! "
