Family Vacation for July 4th

Great house for our group of family and friends. We loved the location, ample parking, and space for everyone. Everyone really loved the rooftop deck to watch the nightly fireworks. The rental company was very easy to work with and the check-in process seamless. We had a wonderful vacation!

Great Place for Families

This place was great for our family. We had 11 people, 3 families and a grandma, there was plenty of space for all of us. We did rent both units. It was a great location and alot of nice outside seating areas. My only complaint was that there is alot of stairs and you are constantly going up and down. It would be difficult if there was a member that could not do stairs.

Excellent Property, Location and Management

This was probably the best rental I’ve stayed at in my life. We rented both units, so we had all 6 bedrooms for our group of 7. The house and furniture is very nice and comfortable. The bathrooms were large and spacious. The kitchen was great for large groups. The balcony and roof deck with views of the ocean was spectacular. The house was absolutely clean. Great family room with a huge TV to watch games. Excellent parking accommodations. The neighborhood and beach access doesn’t get better. There was not a single negative aspect to this house. The management team responded to texts in less than a minute. A+ all around.

GREAT location!

Our family of 9 had a wonderful time and loved this house. Each of us had our own 'space' but the common spaces were big enough to accommodate, when we wanted to gather. The location was great - only 5 houses away from the beach, which was perfect. Far enough away from the noise, but close enough for our elderly mother to walk to. Also super close to a market and restaurants. Our only suggestions would be: *To have a floor plan online so people could have a better idea of the quirky layout of the house. *The dishwasher drawers were very difficult to pull in/out. *The screen doors to the patio and in the master bedroom were very difficult to slide open/closed and didn't quite fully close (build up of sand/track worn). Obviously those issues didn't affect our stay, just things we noticed.
