“We rented this ranch for our ministries Annual Board Retreat. We have 24 people on our Board and we have stayed at many location over the years. However, the ranch was hands down the best spot we have ever stayed at. There was such a peace about the property. The livestock is amazing, the house and the guest house are both clean and well kept but the lake and the view of the lake was incredible. We went in the February so we could swim or enjoy being in the water but just sitting on the porch……

“This house looked very nice from the pictures and very nice from the outside, in fact, it had new kitchen tiles and seemed to have a new coat of paint, etc. Our major problem was that this house was not set up to be a rental house, it was more of a frat house. There were no dishes, no pots and pans coffee maker, cups paper towels, toilet paper, hand towels, bath towels, etc. there was less than this home to “live “then a residence inn. This house was on well water, the water pressure ended up……

“Light fell out of ceiling, shower didn’t drain, positive Covid text strip found under bed toilet seat broken dryer never heated didnt fix things. Doorbell broken only 2 towels person for a week stay with broken dryer left a day early and got hotel. Says golf and lake access which isn’t true. Warmer drawer not attached dishwasher not mounted. Very unresponsive. Would not ever recommend. And heard neighborhoood association dosnt even allow VRBO rentals”

“This is a lovely house with a beautiful backyard. The covered outside sitting area has an outdoor grill and sink. It’s perfect for a couple or a small gathering. We enjoyed having our morning coffee there. We were in the area for our granddaughters high school graduation. It was a nice place to relax from all the hustle and bustle; yet convenient to stores, shopping centers , eateries and a movie theater.”

“We loved our stay at Bellheim! Mr. Grof was very friendly and accommodating, had great communication and obviously takes great pride in his home and land. We didn’t feel like a short weekend was enough to enjoy the whole property! We’ll definitely want to plan a return trip!”
