"Dirty & rundown. Granted they are renovating it but there is no mention of that when you book. Pictures are deceiving and not accurate. Bathroom Dirty upon arrival. Phone didn’t work. Hard time finding a direct number to call the front desk from my cell. No linens for pull out bed. No mention of wifi or breakfast at check in. Gap around the door was so large so much light that came through it was hard to sleep. I will never stay here again and it wasn’t cheap."

"Peeling bathtub and surprise $40 parking fee. As a Gold Member, I was given a lovely 2nd Floor Room overlooking the Shell Station. "
